How Does it Work?
Click on the button to complete the HR Needs Analysis survey. (This gives us an idea of what you currently have in place in your business, and highlights any concerns you have)
When you have complete it, you’ll see a link in the confirmation window to set up call with a people partner to talk through the information you have provided. Don’t worry if you missed it, we will email the link to you
We’ll review the details you have shared and start to identify your People Priorities
On the call we will talk through your priorities, helping you decide what is needed in your business and what isn’t
We will then signpost the tools in the Self-Service HR Department, which will help you tackle those priorities
After the call you can decide if you need any additional help from us, and book that in through the Self-Service HR Department
