How Does it work?

  1. Book a discovery call to determine your requirements and the number of hours of HR support you need to meet the needs of your business.

  2. After you sign up, the onboarding process will start allowing us to align our service to your needs, build your People Plan and map out your day to day HR processes

  3. You will be assigned an experienced People Partner who can help you plan your HR resource, navigate people issues that arise and maintain your HR documents.

  4. Our Support HR Team will take care of your transactional HR processes and admin, allowing you to focus your expertise on building your business
