Why did Mayo Clinic approach us?

Mayo Clinic are a US based healthcare provider who established their first UK clinic in London in 2019. As a result of our extensive experience in supporting private healthcare businesses, the US HR team engaged us to assist them in achieving a successful first CQC inspection.

How we worked with Mayo Clinic?

Along side assisting with the onboarding and compliance checking of all employed members of the team, we conducted a thorough audit of the staff to ensure their compliance with CQC inspection standards.

Once the audit was complete we also assisted with addressing changes to processes needed to maintain employee records.

Additionally, we assisted the US HR team in establishing UK-specific procedures, including Right to Work and DBS checks. Our team also expertly adapted any other US HR policies to meet both UK statutory and CQC requirements.

The Result

The Mayo Clinic London passed their CQC Inspection with a good rating.

We have continued to work with the Mayo Clinic as an extension to their US HR team, providing weekly HR drop ins for staff and assisting on any other matters that arise.
