Tell us What You Need: Fill out a short HR Needs Analysis Questionnaire.
Arrange a Call: Schedule a call with a People Partner to discuss your HR needs and get guidance on using the Self Service HR Department.
Get your People Priorities List: You’ll be send a list of your People Priorities and guidance on how to complete it using the tools in the Self Service HR Department.
Additional Support: If needed, buy ad hoc PAYG hours or sign up for exclusive fixed fee packages through the Self Service HR Hub or WhatsApp group.

These are the most common HR projects we work on for our clients in the early stages of building a business. To help our PAYG clients manage the cost of that support we have developed the following fixed fee packages:

We plan to introduce more fixed fee services over time and as our clients identify the HR work that is important to them.

No you don’t, but we have included this in the service because we find that often our clients have been told that they need to set up HR processes that aren’t so important in smaller businesses and startups. In this call we can talk through what is important to your business. That will help us compile a list of people priorities bespoke to your needs, and signpost the tools we have available to you in the hub to tackle them.

You can either request extra PAYG time with a People Partner via the whatsapp group, or through the bookings page in the Self Service HR Hub. The first call for a new issue is always booked in for an hour, as in our experience that is at least how much time it takes to run through the detail and complete any follow up. Subsequent time for ongoing issues is charged in 30 minute intervals. The current hourly rate for PAYG support is £190 + Vat per hour

We have noticed that lots of our clients like to communicate with us using WhatsApp. So, we have set this up to make it easier for PAYG clients to contact us when they need support.
By using the company WhatsApp instead of a team member's its easier for us to forward your requirement to the first available team member.
We also use WhatsApp occasionally to communicate the most important legal updates, or when new resources are added to the Self Service HR Hub.
However, if you don’t find it useful just let us know and we will remove you from the group

Yes. While you might just have one issue to deal with now. In our experience other issues will arise that you may not want to pay us to support. By signing up to the full Pay As You Go service, including the hub, you'll have the tools to handle those issues in a way that is legally compliant.
We have intentionally kept the cost of accessing the Self Service HR Hub low because we think this is so important.
