You don't need to commit to a monthly retainer, and there's no ongoing contract involved.
Simply book a call and our HR experts will quickly understand your business and help you get to the root of the problem.
When you sign up there will be a one off £49+ VAT set up fee, then we charge £190 per hour + VAT for the time you use.
It’s a flexible solution that is perfect for any growing business.
What if I need more than an hour?
Sometimes an HR issue will take more than an hour or you might need help with a specific HR project - like a benefits review, creating your first performance review process or supporting a redundancy process.
You can still use our Pay As You Go service to use our expert HR consultants to tackle all of these areas of work
For projects of 21 hours or more, we’ll offer you a discount on our PAYG hourly.
