You will receive a nominated HR expert who will support you remotely, providing guidance and helping you navigate complex people management issues. Not only that, but we'll ensure your HR documents are always up to date, develop key HR processes, and work with you to create an annual people plan that aligns with your business goals.

With our HR Advisor service, you can focus your expertise on growing your business while we take care of your HR needs. 

HR Advisor Level Three includes:

  • 128 hours advice per year from a dedicated HR consultant

  • Access to document templates we have created for you

  • Access to open training courses

  • 1 months notice to terminate (on termination any overuse of hours to be billed)
