Terms & Conditions – In-Person Training Courses
1. Booking Your Place
We’re excited to have you join our training! To secure your place, you’ll need to book through our website or directly with our team. Payment is required at the time of booking unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change, so we’ve made our policy as flexible as possible while keeping things fair:
No refunds – Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for cancellations.
Need to reschedule? No problem! If you let us know at least 30 days before the course date, we’ll move you to the next available session at no extra cost (subject to availability).
Less than 30 days’ notice? If you cancel with less than 30 days to go, or don’t attend on the day, we won’t be able to offer a transfer or refund.
Can’t make it but have a replacement? If you’d like to send someone else in your place, just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate the change.
3. Changes to the Course
We do everything we can to run our courses as planned, but sometimes things happen outside our control (like low booking numbers or unexpected circumstances).
If we need to reschedule or cancel, we’ll:
✔ Offer you a place on the next available course, or
✔ Provide a full refund if rescheduling doesn’t work for you.
We’re not able to cover any costs you might have booked separately, like travel or accommodation, so we recommend checking cancellation policies before making any arrangements.
4. What We Expect from Delegates
We want all our training sessions to be engaging, inclusive, and valuable for everyone. So, we simply ask that you:
Arrive on time and ready to learn.
Treat other delegates and our trainers with respect.
Participate in a way that helps create a great learning environment.
If someone’s behavior disrupts the session, we reserve the right to ask them to leave without a refund—but we hope that’s never needed!
5. Liability & What the Course Covers
Our training is designed to give you practical HR knowledge, but it doesn’t replace legal or professional advice. We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we can’t take responsibility for decisions made based on the course content.
6. Data Protection & Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. When you book a course, we’ll use your details to:
Process your booking and keep you updated about the course.
Send relevant follow-up communications (you can opt out at any time).
For full details, check out our Privacy Policy [insert link].
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
We’re based in the UK, so these terms are governed by English & Welsh law. If any disputes arise (though we hope they won’t!), they’ll be handled in the courts of England & Wales.
