I’m a passionate believer that HR should support, develop and add value to a business. After spending years in big corporates being driven mad by the red tape and bureaucracy, I jumped ship in 2015 to start PMP-HR. Now the team and I get to work a whole variety of small businesses who want HR solutions that make a noticeable, positive impact on their business. When I’m not working on the business you’ll find me planning our never-ending house renovation (which really means endlessly moving furniture around!) or travelling to the Kent coast with for weekends by the sea with our son.

Working in various sectors including technology, healthcare and advertising across the UK, Europe and the Middle East. I get a huge amount of satisfaction from seeing small businesses grow and develop their people and demonstrating how HR can add real value.
I’m an HR professional with over 10 years of experience across both the public and private sector.
I take a friendly and pragmatic approach to getting things done, and enjoy developing strong relationships with business leaders to understand what makes their company great and how HR can support.
Outside of work you are likely to find me back in the glorious North catching up with family and helping (read: playing) on the in-law’s farm.
