I'm the founder of PMP so let me tell you a bit about myself.
I’m an HR Director with a BA (Hons) in Psychology, an MSc in Human Resources Management, 10 years’ experience in HR Leadership roles and a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD).
But first and foremost, I’m a passionate believer that HR should support, develop and add value to a business.
I started PMP in 2015, with the goal of helping small businesses cut back on the bureaucracy and red tape involved in so many HR processes, and develop HR solutions to make a noticeable, positive impact on business operations.
